Think weight loss will be steady now... need to do more exercide
178.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1697 kcal Fat: 36.78g | Prot: 53.65g | Carb: 144.89g.   Breakfast: quaker oats so simple rasberry & promegranet, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: brown bread, eggs. Dinner: broccolli, cheese sauce, smash buttery flavour, omega 3 fish fingers. Snacks/Other: Zinfandel Wine,  time out , 2% Fat Milk. more...
