I'm in recovery at St Helena hospital, knee was tough according to doctor but he got the 14degrees down to 3 and the 8 degree in the other axis to 0!.
Feeling itchy as the spinal block wears off, but otherwise better than I had in what seems like forever!
Still going to keep working on weigh control. Not going back to being slugman!
Nieghbor came with m to drive me home and pick me up afterwards (tomorrow).
6 years,3 trying to loose weight to get this done..I actually cried at the pan releif when I woke up.
😊 Not up to doing the happy dance (hope I remember how, its been so long)...yet
