Ughhh--not gonna beat myself up too bad---started new meds last week--my Mom was here for a week and with eating out almost every nite and BBQ's---it could be worse.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
