You hit a weight plateau sometimes. It can last a while but if you persevere it will drop again. Don't forget that if you're exercising a lot more than you used to, you could be building muscle which is more dense than fat. Why not take some measurements as a different way of counting your weight loss? Waist, upper arm, hips, thigh. You could be surprised. All the best!

Thanks Phooka, that's one way to look at it. But I am hopeful that is the case.

That's great advice from Phooka michaelchan900 l had a similar problem and was told that I was not eating enough for the exercising I was doing and that the body was retaining the weight because it was not getting enough fuel. The body is very clever and it has to be tricked into thinking it will get fuel on a regular basis and believe me it works lol I have started to loose weight now after a month of maintaining and l am eating more than I did then, spooky or what lol good luck and stay positive

Don't forget about muscle mass ;) your weight might be stable because fat is "changing" to muscles
