Ok it is now time for me to get my mind back on track! I will not allow myself to go back to who I was 11 months ago! I have got to stop this overeating or I am going to fail. I have been fooling myself that if I didn't eat anything off low carb I would be ok. I am addicted to food, even if it is no longer sweets and breads!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
