I got a fitness watch the other day that tracks steps, blood pressure, heart rate, and sleep. I got 5.4 hours of bad sleep last night according to my watch.

Well, at least I lost something this morning. lol
198.2 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you enter the blood pressure readings or does it inflate like a cuff periodically and actually measure it?

It doesn't inflate. It has a couple of lights underneath that do the readings. It seems pretty accurate. The readings are close to what I usually get with a cuff.

It connects with your smartphone and automatically checks blood pressure every hour and heart rate every half hour.

I got it on Amazon. It's called Riversong. I find that hilarious since I'm a Doctor Who fan. lol
