Trying to be more active in the community, just not terribly social, which I'd like to change. Damn losing weight was easier.

Sometimes it's hard to be more social, for me...it's a fear of rejection, ridicule, etc. I must say though that so far, the community here is very supportive. It has really helped having others who are facing the same kind of challenges I am.
You can do this belimawr! One day (meal, step) at a time! ❤️
