Dehydrated because I partook in some whiskey last night. No regrets. =D
130.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Never regret SankeyJane, for we all need some fun, and if that is what is considered fun to you, then as long as you don't do it everyday, I am sure it won't hurt. Drink loads of water, flavored water too. It will help and you can pee out the toxins along with the whiskey. LOL

Haha, thanks both! I drink herbal and green tea like it's going out of style, so that should help me detox from the weekend fun. I also take milk thistle for liver health.
