Half way through the Whole30 program as of today.
Have lost 5.2 pounds since July 1, so I'm right on track for the average 10 lb weight loss of the program.
(of course you're not supposed to weigh yourself during the Whole30 program, but I'm cheating on that.)

I really don't miss sugar, alcohol, grains. bread, or much of anything.
Every once in a while I miss a good glass of wine, and someday I hope to eat a piece of toast again, but this is a very satisfying WOE.

I've lost 16 pounds since June 1. Hoping for another 10 before September... for my daughter's wedding.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
