Weight stayed the same. I must be retaining too much water. But I just started working out a few weeks ago, so maybe it will take a while for me to start loosing weight. It's amazing that so many members in my challenge to use gym equipment to burn 500 calories and eat less than 2400 calories a day are loosing so much weight. I am hoping to have better luck tomorrow or the next day.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
