Yesterday is gone, tomorrow isn't promised. Focus on today. Tell that negative self-talk to shut up! You can do it! Keep moving forward and tell that negativity to find another place to hang out besides your head! It's been evicted!!! Put affirmations around your home, refrigerator, mirrors, doors, anyplace you can see them. Replace that negative with positive. It works. I only know because I have had similar feelings and this is what I do to get that negativity out of my head!!!
