ok it is lent and we have to make sacrifice so mine is to eat only veggies and fruit during the week and on week-end starch and sunday meat and sweet - it seems to work well.n Plus i have to walk and be active so my blood gets going all over.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
