19lbs & counting. Coming on down. I can't believe this. It is working when I do it right.
234.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's AWESOME! This program is a miracle! It's pretty strict, but when you see the weight go down it is SO doable! Keep up the great work!
