I am such a compulsive eater! I either do really well or terribly bad following my nutrition plan. There is no in-between for me. I need to get back on the wagon. Thankfully my weight is holding steady. But the amount I am exercising should be moving the scale in the right direction and it's not..my bad food choices are holding me back. Time for a big change mentally.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You CAN do it!! Hang in there and don't beat yourself up! We all have bad days. Stay positive and keep moving forward - don't look back!!
