I am honestly more excited about the weight I gained than the weight I lost. It has really been bothering me that as I have lost weight, I have been losing muscle mass. So I invested in some GNC protein shake mix and really been hitting the weights and doing inclined push-ups (20 reps at a 45° angle) about five times a day. I finally saw results on my smart scale this morning.
Even though my water weight AND muscle mass was up, still lost over 4 lbs (that netted a 1.1% loss in body fat).I finally broke that wall.

Diet followed poorly.
