I weighed at home, and it looked like I had GAINED 6 pounds! I started crying and my husband had to comfort me. Then my brother and sister-in-law came over for dinner last night, and she said, "Chas, I don't like your scale, it adds 5 or 6 pounds!" So I went to MIL and weighed this morning after going to the gym, and instead of gaining most of the weight I've lost, I actually lost over a pound this week. :D Yay!

I didn't really follow the diet as good as I should have. I even broke down and had a home run pie. Those are horribly delicious. Oh well, I'll do better this week! My exercise has been really good, and every day I'm burning more than I'm eating, so at least that's good.
226.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
