I am very new to this so please forgive if I mess this up!! Thanks so much for the comments...it is slooooow but at least moving? You both have great losses also, CONGRATS to you too!!! I am going grocery shopping and I love all the recipes or new foods to try that are listed here. Thanks again I love the responses all so quickly how nice.

Actually I learned that if you are craving something sweet, you should eat something salty like a pickly spear or olives. The complete opposite will usually do the trick.

Thanks for all the great info. I sure would like the cheesecake recipe. Never thought to do the opposite eat salty.

Cheesecake-
3 8-oz blocks of cream cheese at room temp.
3/4 cup splenda
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Mix cream cheese and splenda until it's smooth
Add eggs and vanilla and mix again until smooth and creamy
Butter a spring form pan, put the mixture into the pan and even it out. Bake at 325 for about an hour but start checking it at about 35-40 mins. Mine only cooks for 40-45 mins because i'm at such a high altitude! It doesn't have a crust (although if you're not in induction you can mix some almonds and butter together and it put in on the bottom!
I suggest letting it cool in the fridge for a day or so. Thats when it's the best! I hope you enjoy it! I sure do! Oh, and it's about two and a half total carbs per serving with 8 servings! =)
