Lost a pound...not too terribly excited though :) But I guess that's better than nothing since I only went to the gym 4 times this week, had pizza twice, and was a complete bum and midnight eater yesterday. 9 more to go to reach my goal for January! I can do this!!
319.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

9 pounds in a month is definetly do-able. Keep loosing pounds and soon you will be exactly where you want to be!
