We have a .4 raise, but we have a little inflammation this a.m. I confess mowing the lawns, in addition to working out, on top of seasonal allergies, is a bit of a system slammer. But, we'll work with it.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
