Despite a larger than normal food intake yesterday of 2200 cals and a mass of 175g carbs I still managed a small reduction.

Today looks like a nice sunny start to the weekend and I'm wearing my old 36" waist lee cooper (long) shorts - They are now a perfect fit, must be 20 years old and the only things I struggled to throw away because I liked them so much - I plan to do a lot of walking today three walks an AM Midday and PM starting off in a moment.

188.7 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It does look nice out there, doesn't it? The forecast isn't promising though. All the same, we'll get the washing out and hope. I know what you mean about not throwing things out - I've a comfy sweatshirt I wear on occasion that has a commemorative logo on it - Easter 1997!
