You can do it! You've achieved so much so far and you've so much to look forward to! As I recall you haven't got your end goal to get to or you'll be dancing with one hand holding up your suit trousers. Sit down and plan a week's worth of food to focus your mind then you don't have any decisions to make. All the best! 🤗
