I was really busy yesterday and forgot about eating, so I ended up with a calorie intake surprise of only 1166 cals - This helped towards a massive 2200 calorie deficit for the day and gave me a whoosh downwards. Goodbye three stone!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
