An even 206. I'm sure if I weighed before I ate I'd be under that but I ate a sandwich. And half a can of Coke. I'm trying to quit the cokes I really am. I know once I do the weight will drop even faster.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm the same way when it comes to wine. I'm down to 1/ 6oz glass per night except for splurge night and believe me that's a miracle!!! LOL

Yup for me ditch the beer. Feel better, sleep better, and less calories.

Oh yes. Starting the one can a day starting today. I know it's difficult for all of us but we will get through it.

I drink diet coke and it's hard to quit that too but I know I should even though it doesn't have any calories!
