This is my lowest weight in over 48 years, "Wahoo" I have been doing more exercise and trying to keep a deficit on fat and foods, seems to work best for me at this point, I have been experimenting with Fats, protein and carbs to max out my weight loss, Now I just need to keep it up to reach my goals, I'm thinking of another 10 # reduction to 200, I will just wait and see what happens, Everyone on this site has helped me in one way or another especially Trucker Larry and Loveshope26 who's weight actions or "subtractions" and "WILL POWER " are very very motivating for me..Seems like a eternity to loose weight, But I know they are many people on the same Journey as me.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 215.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
