I am off for a 10 day much needed vacation as of tomorrow. I am worried about how hard it will be to keep track of everything since we will be traveling. My plan is to stick to the lchf approved foods but without a scale it will just be estimating. Hopefully I will just spend most of my time on the white sand beaches and not gain any weight back!!!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
