This week has several big mile stones for me: First of, I am out of the red. The little bar beneath my name has gone gold! This means I an 25% to my FS goal weight. Secondly, I have now hit the 50 lb benchmark since my top weight. Lastly, at 5 months, I have set a new personal record with sticking with a diet & weight loss plan. I am now fully convinced that I will not give up this time. I will reach my goal. I will win!!!
