13 pounds lost and 15 pounds left to lose to meet my first weight goal, since I started my new way of eating. I get frustrated sometimes thinking it should fall off faster but then I realize the slower I take it off the more likely it will stay off. Overall I love my new way of eating because I love veggies and fruits, I don't always have time to fix my foods before work and don't always have time to get to the store when I run out of certain foods, since I work full and part time jobs, so I do some modifications on what I eat until I can get to the store.

My husband also gets frustrated because he hasn't changed his way of eating and still wants to eat things I don't. Lots of times I eat what he is having and I just eat a smaller portion with extra veggies and some fruit on the side. Can't wait until I go back to the nutritionist to talk about how I am doing and I can get her thoughts about certain foods.

Still walking on my tread mill since it hasn't been very nice outside until now. Suppose to be sunny and warmer all weekend, however I work today and tonight plus Saturday all day. Sunday will be a good day to get out and do some walking on the trails. Thinking about getting a new seat for my bike so I can enjoy bike riding again, you see I have an old racing bike with the curved under handles and my bicycle seat is very thin and extremely uncomfortable. Went bike riding last year with my daughter and my seat hurt so bad just riding for about a half an hour. I keep telling myself one step at a time and one day at a time!
