Not sure what the extra pound is about but not going to worry about it. Probably should not have weighed in until next Monday as planned. Now I did finish the open bottle of white wine but it was only 5 - 7 oz.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I used to think exactly that until walking up the stairs in my house made me out of breath. I then realized I was in denial and figured if I really loved myself the numbers on the scale should be of more importance, but that's just my opinion.

I love the message. You are more important than that number.. . And you are important enough to yourself to be in the best shape you can manage. My best shape when I married was 185 toned pounds at 5'8" and all the "charts" said I was fat. True BMI measurements said I had a BMI of 23% which is darned good for a woman! I weighed 40 lbs more than any weight chart wanted me to though. But I could run 3 miles if I had to, go through 5 2 hour dance classes a week give 2 performances, work a 80 hour week at a demanding high power professional job, and hike a trail if I wanted to without dying and I smoked a pack a day like an idiot. That all lasted until I got pregnant and the house of card crashed down around my ears, BUT mist of it was that I was pushing way too hard at work with no off button while pregnancy wiped my reserves out. I never recovered, but being in a shape that is good for YOU does matter! To the people you love and who love you! So don't obsess over the scale numbers, obsess over your general level of feel good! Huh? 😜
