OMG!! Does anybody else see that weigh-in for this week? I lost like 7lbs in one week!!!!! I've been so upset about my slow 1lb loss every week and I was beating myself up about being off plan last weekend, but I stuck to the plan this week and upped the intensity on my exercise and it has so paid off!! I haven't weighed this little in YEARS!!!! I want to celebrate!
165.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
