lifeisamirage's Journal, 21 February 2012

It's getting harder and harder to keep a journal of what I eat and do the entire day. I still watch what I eat daily and exercise regularly but writing down all that I've down is a pain in the arse. Weight is steadily going down so I guess it's a good thing and hopefully, it will continue to go down till I reach my ideal weight.

Nothing much happening in my daily life because I mostly concentrate and trying to lose the excess weight. Refraining from going out apparently is a good idea because then, I won't be tempted to eat or have any food cravings. So, instead, I just stay at home and watch all the cooking shows on food channels. One might say that that will make you even hungrier but I know better. Because then, I can at least imagine myself eating those food served instead of real food dangling in front of me. Not making much sense? Yea, it doesn't make much sense to me either but hey, it works. For me.

Whoever said that when you exercise regularly, your body will release endorphins to make you happy throughout the entire day can go eat dirt. I'm cranky most of the time and I go jogging practically every day!! I'm sleepy too. Do I feel healthier? Not much but I do see the weight loss going down very, very slowly. Probably that's the only source of happiness I can derive from. Hmmm...

Don't completely cut yourself off from your friends. While it's nice to have control by staying home, what's life without living? I know you aren't recording all of your food, but are you eating enough calories to support your exercise? I get downright grumpy when I'm hungry no matter how much I'm working out (or more so when I work out.) Hope Wednesday goes better for you.
