I lost 0.2lbs this week, which surprises me...I thought I would gain some, but maintaining isn't my goal right I need to get back on it and not look back!! 2lbs per week, that's the goal!!

Adding more exercise & more water, removing some of the coffee that I shopping tomorrow and I will get 7 planned meals for the family & stick to them!!

235.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
