Tuesday, 4/4 Steps = 14,461

Not much of a loss this week, but I was sick, missed some walks and haven't been drinking enough water the last few days. Now I feel better enough to get back to my normal activities. I had a big loss last week, so this is probably to be expected, but it would have been nice to see the 160s for the first time in many years. Cheers to next week! I'm grateful to be feeling better!
170.3 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
