Again, yesterday I had some starchy carbs...even if my intake was less than 1000 calories, I did not loose weight
270.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For your current weight, 1000 calories may be too low to fuel your metabolism. You might do better losing on 1500 a day. It sounds strange, but for many who don't eat enough, they slow their metabolism and have problems losing. Try 1500 a day for a week, a see what happens.
