It's been a challenge to foreswear the notion that all fat is bad.
I guess it's true that eating fat doesn't necessarily make one fat.

I agree. That word "fat" just makes me cringe.

Indeed. I guess some of us were taught, as children, that ALL fat is bad - it's been hard to dismiss that for sure.
I DO wonder why this site has no category for "saturated fat" in the daily calculations. (Call me lazy for not wanting to go into the nutritional info of each thing I eat every day and count up the saturated... haha).

haha I'm with you on the 'laziness' part. I guess they don't put it because the average person won't know the difference between saturated fat and unsaturated fat?
