500 calorie or less diet experiment
an00bis has spent minutes of his/her life that will never get back trying to stop you from spending the next 3 weeks of your life on a very unhealthy diet. If there is one good thing that has come out of your post is that it has opened my eyes to seeing how many people actually care about others.

Man if I ever post something out of ignorance, your knowlege and input will be well accepted by me. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO AWESOME!!!

Not 1 single person thinks its a good idea this "experiment". That speaks lots of volume.

So far I see you have lost 10lbs in 1 week. I know you must feel great but please listen to everyone's advice. It's not healthy and sadly when you get off the 'experiment' you will gain back the weight. You will be much more disappointed in the end.

I believe if you have the will power to go through 30 days under 500 calories you definetely have the will power to try a different healthier approach.

How Many Calories Do You Eat?
I think for a woman you are about right. I tend to eat around 2500 a day sometimes more.
