Water Fast Day #7
I still don't have anymore ketostix to check my ketosis but I am sure I'm in ketosis. I am back on having sleep issues though, I'll try to buy some supplement today that could help me sleep.
TGIF!!
124.6 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
