It was a good week except on the weekend exposed to and disposed of a few Christmas sweets which I normally don't eat. BAD. I must do better since there are still 3 weeks left in December.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
