There seems to be something wrong with my right knee. It's as if something is lodged there but there's no pain. It's like something is just sitting there but when in reality there's nothing. Should I get it checked? But there's no pain at all. I just hope that I haven't injured it.

This CNY doesn't look like a good start to my Lunar New Year because on the eve of the CNY, I lost one of my dogs (it's been a week and there's still no sign of her). On the first day of CNY, my car got stuck in the mud. How embarassing. And today, my mum lost 6 red packets (called ang pows) with money in it. I wonder if this is a sign that this is going to be a bad year or not. Sigh...

The only good thing is that i'm losing weight although I don't really see much change in my body shape but then again, change doesn't happen in a short period of time. I guess I should up my exercise regime or I'm going to be stuck with my last 10 kg.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I've had lots of knee problems and been to docs many times. I suggest warming up for 5 or 10 minutes walking or what ever you do and then do some proper stretches. It could be something tightening up in your knee. Not much the docs can do but CUT or have you stretch and exercise your leg muscles to be balanced. If you need stretches, I am sure you can find good ones on google!
