My muscles are pretty stiff and sore from my first personal training session. I'm assuming that's normal since I haven't lifted weights in more than 6 months and I was REALLY being pushed to my limit which is not something I have ever really done with weights before. Going to the gym this morning to do some cardio and hopefully loosen up a bit.
270.2 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
