I've been so busy that I haven't had the time to actually sit down and write down the things I've done in my daily journal. Then again, writing down a journal always has not been one of my strongest points. I've been working for the Chinese New Year week and it is exhausting due to the large crowds of customers into the restaurant. And today is my last day!! Yay!! After this, I will have a bit of spending money and I will also be able to concentrate on exercising like I did for the first two weeks.

Of course, I didn't slack on my exercising at least 30 mins a day. Well, in my case, it's more than that. Happy that I'm still losing weight at a normal rate or at least, that's what my friends and family tell me but I don't really see a difference in my body shape. Still a little frsutrated but I will definitely work on. My mind is always telling me to give up and I don't really have anyone else supporting me on this losing weight matter apart from my parents although they often (conveniently) forget that their daughter is on a diet mission and wave good and fattening foods in front of me.

What a torture. Sigh...
169.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
