This time around it's more difficult because my husband went off the diet in September. I do really good at breakfast and lunch but when it's time for dinner, it's hard to do 3 different meals. One for him, one for my daughter and one for myself!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

I make three seperate meals as well...it's not so bad once you get used to it. Can be a little expensive though, but dieting always is. Sometimes I make a dinner that we can both have, like stir fry, or at least a main dish like chicken or pork tenderloin, and I skip on rice or potatoes or bread. It's been working ok for me. Just hang in there, it will be worth the extra trouble in the end!

it will be worth the extra work, and look for short-cuts, easy things, nothing complicated..........
