Well, it's another day and another chance to get it right. I'm starting this week in the Blue but above my set goal weight. Can I stay under my set goal weight the majority of this week and you hit your goals? YES WE CAN!!!
154.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1988 kcal Fat: 114.55g | Prot: 89.83g | Carb: 148.13g.   Breakfast: McDonald's Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit (Large). Lunch: Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun. Dinner: Gold Leaf Chicken Leg Quarters, Dinner Rolls, Kroger Frozen Cut Italian Green Beans, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten, Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses, Hershey's York Dark Chocolate Covered Peppermint Patties. more...

Hmmm, I forgot Valentines day is this week. No, I didn't forget the flowers and candy but I did not consider the effect it might have on my calorie intake this week. I'm not giving up but I am going to be realistic. I hope I can stay in the Blue this week. It's her candy and my weakness...

My daughter gave me 2 boxes of Chocolate covered cherries and 2 boxes of my favs mini Almond Joys, uggh! Wish she had forgotten Valentines Day!
