A diet during the CNY is a really bad idea because with all the lovely food temptations right in front of you... is really a challenge. A test to the limit of my endurance. Whilst I do not deny that I have succumbed to the temptations, I am proud to say that even if I did, I only took same portions, just enough to satisfy my palate. If I can survive this, I am pretty sure I can survive any other food temptations thrown at my face.

Originally, I had planned to lose at least 2kg per week but then I realized that it is not as easy as it seems. Although it's moving slower than I like, at least, there's progress. Well, another 10 more weeks to go to my ideal weight.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go on keeping the temptations under control. Good attitude on the weight loss too- progress is a positive, even if it's slower than originally planned. Keep it up!
