Whooooo!! another 4.5 ponuds gone!! i really feel great. my clothes arents getting that much looser but the scale is moving. i knowi have a long way to go but this is a great start and i know that im going to stick with it since i got the first 10 off pretty easy.

on a second note im taking my six month old to the circus today. she will not remember but they only come around every so often and its now! so im taking lots of pictures so she will remember... maybe. ok not. but i will. I hope everyone else out there is having as much success.

200.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
