phase one is not over for me. Im staying on another week since I have a lot of weight to lose. Today was my first really intense dance classes. yea i been going but it was like and intro. slow warm up stuff. Today I was sweating, breathing hard and LOVED IT!!! Now my body is aching, on top of that I caught my daughters cold and shes not over it yet....
for dinner we had stuffed cabbage. without the rice. it wasnt as good, but it was satisfying and a great change from the chicken since I dont eat beef or pork.
Hopefully I lose another 5 pounds since its been about 5 pounds a week I'm losing. My pant do fit better and its great but the butt is too lose and im not quitee ready to go down a size. maybe next week. thats all for now.
