My weigh in on Friday, I didnt get time to log it tho. Guess this is what happens when you eat rubbish...

Starting the MBB Challenge today. I am going to stick to the meal plan and workout plan no matter what, I'm dying to see the results after 12 weeks...
144.2 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
