I did it...lost another 5 pounds! I'll never know what I gained over Thanksgiving, but it and more it gone, gone, gone!!!!

279.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb. Still to go: 104.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.2 lb a week
