The holidays go to me. I gained back 3lbs. I am very fustrated.

246.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb. Still to go: 46.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.6 lb a week

no worries- easy come, easy go- it will come right off- just go back on plan starting now!

I gained 3 as well. Don't lose heart. I dropped mine and you can drop yours too. Get back on that wagon and it will be gone in no time.
