Down 2 lbs and I have not been consistent with the food diary, exercise, or snacks.
If I will focus, with God's help, I can do this.
I need to aim for 3 things: write down everything I eat, drink more water, walk daily.
308.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 118.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 January 2012:
2099 kcal Fat: 86.97g | Prot: 191.96g | Carb: 230.54g.   Breakfast: coffee, 2% milk, Life cereal. Lunch: mexican rice, salsa, tortilla chips, poblano pepper, burrito. Dinner: diced ham, au gratin potatoes . Snacks/Other: nature valley oats & dark chocolate, 2% milk, cheerios. more...
