Happy to report another pound down. Eating under my RDI calories, but basically trying to get myself back into portion control. I plan my meals and am not shorting myself. I also am trying to slow down my eating and actually enjoy each bite. Today is yoga day! Yeah - I look forward to stretching out all those muscles that are sore (abs) and starting the reboot Abs/Arms, Legs/Full Body, and Yoga/Stretch again on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! :)
Cold weather must be returning soon -- having to refill birdfeeders nearly daily!
